At Randira Villa, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, requiring you to change or cancel your travel plans. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations for our villa.
Cancellations made 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, or failure to show up (no-shows), will not be eligible for a refund.
If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, the unused nights will not be refunded.
Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
If unexpected situations such as severe weather, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events affect your stay, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your trip.
